had a wonderful day but wished larry could have been with use but he had to work. we went to the waterloo carnival, kids rode the rides, got free ice cream and we went to a comedy show. it was time spent together and i love that. at 9:30am we will be going to the parade and then fron 1pm to 7pm they are having kids activitys. this should also be a blast but once again larry has to work(bummer). he and i are going to start going out on dates once a week alone. this will be great for us. thanks to all of the messages you all have sent and the hugs. much appreciated. have an awesome day

Yeah as it will be a retreat from the kids 1 night a week as I feel all should do.
Time alone with my husband is rare. I fly around and he races motorcycles, so we both travel a lot. Sometimes I don\'t see him for weeks. Then it\'s with kids hanging around. Great decision for you!!
