i seem to be getting more tired and weaker each day. my adopted mother came yesterday so i had to work hard on the house. i don't even knoe why i try. i am a clean freak so my house is clean anyway but she is so picky and nothing is good enough for her. don't even know why i tried. she makes me feel so bad i end up crying after she leaves and boy did i want to drink so bad but i didn't. i love her and do appreciate what she does but she makes me miserable at the same time. i also have to deside today if i will be homeschooling one of my sons next year along with my two daughters. if i do i may have to quit my job. i hate desitions but my kids come first always. hope ya all have a great day

If nothing is good enough for her that\'s her problem, not yours. My ex-mother in law went through my fridge and found iceberg lettuce and said \"Guess you can take the girl out of the trailer, but you can\'t take the trailer out of the girl\" I did drink over that. Only hurt myself. I home school my daughter. The biggest hassle, yet the biggest gift. I still work too. It can be done.

I wish I was a clean freak. I can never get motivated. You can\'t be able to relax though if feeling judged like that.

Being a daughter and knowing that my mother is going to looking at everything I have done or what my life has become can be very stressful a lot of the time. I guess after reading your experience I realize that it does matter how much you do for them or try to in express them, you are always going to feel that they are not proud of what you have done and become. So the things that we need to look in our lives and see if we are happy with what we have accomplished. By the way if you are taking your house that clean that is great, I can even get motivated to do the laundry and that just put clothes in a machine that does all the work for you. He he lol. You are doing great just remind your self of that every minute of everyday if you have to.

homeschooling is not always the best answer. i would encourage you to stay at your job and interact with people. it\'s good for the soul and will help you feel better when you are having a bad day. decisions are a part of life, just think about your priorities and what you think the best environment will be for your children to learn in. have a wonderful day and just know that im thinking about you. :)
