pretty good day. i feel really good about this site and very encouaged and supported. i have not worried all day about my doctors appointmet tomorrow. still concerned but i think it will be ok. eating has sucked today but at least i know i am making steps to do better. thanks again to all my friends here. bless all of you. i don't feel so much like giving up today for i know i am not alone.
