Nothing much to report here.  I'm still struggling to get back to 182, am at 185 right now and it fluctuates by the day but it's slowly getting there.
It's funny, I go to the gym 2-3x a week lately, do a minimum of 20 mins cardio and my crunches - 225 (3 sets of 25 to the front, 25 to the left, and 25 to the right), that's about all I have time for after work, and some nights go bowling 3-4 games each time.
I see people saying they're exercising 2 hours a day, walking 4-5 miles a day, biking ungodly numbers of miles, etc, and it makes me feel like what I'm doing is piddly compared to what everyone else is doing.
I want to get back on my running program but I don't have good running shoes, nor can I afford to spend the money to get a pair.. tried powerwalking on the treadmill, makes my knee hurt, elliptical makes my lower back hurt like hell, and I don't feel like I'm getting a good workout on the stationary bike.  I've been alternating all of these, and I can tell by my muscles that I'm getting a decent workout, but am not really losing weight.  Could be because I'm building muscle, or maybe it IS because I'm not doing enough.
I make sure that I make the time to get dedicated exercise at LEAST 3x a week, I simply don't have enough TIME to spend 2 hours in the gym every day, or even 3x a week. By the time I'm out of work, go to the gym and get home it's 7:30p, then gotta do dinner and squeeze in some time with my significant other, then off to bed by 9:30-10p.
Guess it's something I'm going to have to figure out..
