Six weeks ago I get a notic to pay back rent so I went to Landlord office to pay with credit card. They did not went my payment by credit card. I said I wound be getting money from SSD. SSD sent a letter on  July 1  saying that  I will get a check  July 7. Now Housing Authority complaint that I am not paying rent and want my eviction letter dated July 5. It is for $92.00 I will  have to Superior Court  Of NJ Law Division on July 18,2007. I know they can not evic me that easy but what they did was wrong. I feel like crying that no way to do it. I have depresstion this not good.
