Went to Welfare today had an appiontment for 2:30 PM but I had to go at 9:00 Am free bus doesn't come to offten. They could not see me an till 1:15 PM finish at 2:20 PM, bus was not coming untill 3:33 PM. I became sick and miss 3:33 PM bus. They can not help me to get home had to go on 5:00 PM bus. Last Bus! At that time bus will not stop by my street I had to walk 4 block. Did not eat lunch untill 5:45 PM. How I have to my Doctor, Landlord and Lawyer to give them forms from welfare to fill-out. They want to know if I am sill sick and if I went to SSDI or I will have to fine a job. I also have to bring more paper to welfare. Need to have this info by 6/3/07. Some can be mailed or fax. Then what happen! If all go well maybe I can get Help.

Is your Lawyer willing to make house calls to pick up the forms? Can your Lawyer fax the forms to your Doctor and get the comppleted forms back? I would think this is part of his responsibility, to gather documentation that you are disabled. If not, Do you have a friend that can drop off and pick up the forms?
