I made the most incredible dinner last night.  I don't know why, but over the last 6 months I have gotten a burning desire to cook and make things that aren't chicken nuggets and pizza. (I have 2 small boys...need I say more)  I made stuffed chicken and WOW!  I pounded chicken breasts out thin, coated one side with a mixture of cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and chopped spinach.  Rolled up the chicken, coated them in egg and cracker/parmesan mixture and baked.  When they were done, I put them on a bed of tri-color bowties, topped them with a tomato-basil sauce and mozzarella.  Fantastic with a glass of Reisling and a loaf of crusty bread.  Gosh, I'm making myself hungry, I think it's time for 2nd breakfast or an early lunch.  I've got to start thinking about what to make tonight!

So awesome.. it is way better to cook..tastes so good and left overs are the plus. Some days I just cant find the energy.
My friend Dewey always insisted on cooking for his family he would pull a recipe up on line and pick up ingredients on way home most things took between 30 mins to cook. I know Rachel Ray has 30 min cookboook.

WOW DAVE!! I WANNA LIVE AT YOUR HOUSE. YUMO!!--MY HUSBAND LOVES TO COOK TOO AND MAKES LOVELY PRESENTATIONS...I DON\'T CARE TO COOK...I\'D RATHER PAINT PICTURES...BUT I LUV TO WATCH THE FOOD NETWORK...I THINK COOKING IS ANOTHER ONE OF THE ARTS. FAST FOOD IS SO BAD 4 U. WE DON\'T EVEN GO THERE. HAVE A GRREAT DAY.

Yeah, I love cooking! I guess it\'s MY artistic expression. Mo hates cooking, she just doesn\'t think about the food, the presentation and all the intricacies of a well prepared dish.

WOW! That sounds like an ungoddly kind of good. With my crazy schedule I can cook an edible meal but I save my experimenting for the weekends when I have more time for the cleanup. But so far so good nobody ever died from eating at my table.
