Panthers win!!!!I had a great weekend. We went to the Lowes Motor Speedway on Friday night to watch the Busch Series race. Lots of good wrecks, the boys loved it. Went to see the Charlotte Checkers play a pre-season hockey game Saturday at noon. Lots of fights, sshhhs, how do they say it, I went to a fight and a hockey game broke out! Great game, the Checkers won 6-3. The boys loved it. Came home and had martinis on the porch with the neighbors and watch the Nextel Cup race on the big screen. Jeff Gordon won, so it wasn't all perfect, but I still had fun watching in surround sound with the volume cranked up loud enough to rock the house down the street! The boys loved it. Sunday we loaded all the mountain bikes in the truck and went to a greenway trail for a 10 mile cruise. It was great, mostly in the woods the whole way, lots of shady trails. The boys loved it. Sunday afternoon we helped Marcus and Erik sell popcorn for their cub scout troop. They did super, each sold $50 worth in just 2 hours. I'm very proud of them!. The boys loved it.Sunday night, we watched the Panthers dismantle Arizona, which apparently isn't too difficult this season. The Panthers are 4-0 on the road so far this year! Vinny Testaverde came on board for Carolina after all of their quarterbacks were injured, and without a practice, led the team to victory. It was AWESOME! The boys loved it. What a great weekend!
