My oldest son had his 3rd grade music program tonight, it was really great. Those little guys and girls sang, danced and played instruments and I loved it. It was nice to just sit back and be a spectator. My kids are growing up so fast! I want them to stay little but they have to grow up, I guess. Marcus was hanging out with all of his buddies and having fun.
Wow, the wind was incredible today. Wind gusts here about 45 mph but up in the mountains they were having 80-100 mph winds. It blew some of my siding off, and like an idiot, I grabbed the ladder to go fix it. When I was about 15 feet up a wind gust hit me and that set the vertigo a going in my brain.
Speaking of today, it was 72 degrees out. Is this the first sign of spring? I had shorts and a tee shirt on outside. Give me the vodka for a Salty Dog and I would have thought I was at the beach. woooohoooo!
Our tickets for the band Great Big Sea came today. The show is in April at a beautiful performing arts facility in downtown Charlotte. These guys are great! We never miss their show when they come down from Newfoundland. Mo was talking about dressing in pirate outfits for the show, but I may just where my hockey jersey. Check out their website! My sister called me this afternoon. We talked for a while, but I can't remember much about the conversation. My mom talked to Elain after that but she didn't mention talking to me. Damn, never put two people with MS on the phone together, no one will ever remember what was said.
