I had a miserable time last night and this morning. I had so much pain that I thought I was going to throw up. Still very dizzy and off balance today. Had a very nice afternoon with my oldest son, Marcus. He is such a blessing to me. He really lifted my spirit today just when I needed it. I had the flu last week that turned into a respiratory infection and that has caused a pretty severe relapse now.
