having a hard time tonight. Weird symptoms this evening. Tingeling in legs, back of my head hurts, general uneasiness. Dont know if this could be related to the new meds. If I am just panicing, or what. I am so tired of not feeling good. I would do just about anything to feel like myself again. I miss me. I miss being halppy and carefree. I did see a few glimpses of the old me the last week since I have started taking the new meds. However, since talking to my DR. last week and he brought up the whole MS thing because of some of my other symptoms. I find myself just to the point of utter frustration. Frustration with myself for not just being stronger, and just facing whatever life is going to hand me. I want to feel good. Anyone have any info on the side effects of Prozac? Could my mood swings just be my body getting used to the meds.Hugs to all Julie

Wow sounds like we are dealing with some of the same stuff. Minus the tingling. I\'m so sorry you are struggling tonight. I noticed starting the Effexor I had some adrenaline and panic here and there. It\'s very possible it is side effects. But I would try to stick it out a few more days. I did with the Effexor and even though my anxiety isn\'t better.. I\'ve actually slept during the nights I don\'t usually sleep (Pms time) which is a new thing. Usually I\'m up til 6am crying. I think it\'s actually about time to up my dose. Waiting for PDoc to get back on Monday. I could look up the side effects of Prozac for you if you want. I think the headache and uneasiness could definately be the meds. usually the tingling feeling in legs is my anxiety but I\'m not sure with you. I will check for ya.
Yep headache and nervousness are side effects that will possibly go away as you adjust to medication. It doesn\'t say about tingling in legs. Are you sure you don\'t have a pinched nerve or backache or something. Somtimes that will do that. Well, You hang in there. You will get back to your old self. I know it! And thanks for always being there for me and leaving me comments on my journals. Try to do something relaxing like a bath or book or decaf tea.. whatever helps you calm down. I\'ll be praying for you.
