I had a couple of interesting things happen the last couple of days. First, I had been thinking of applying for a job I saw in the paper a while ago. Well the deadline to apply was this past Monday. I realized Saturday evening that I did not apply. So I put together my resume, my husband went the extra mile and helped me put the finishing touches on it, and then he hand delivered it Monday morning. Not even 24 hours later, I got a call to interview for the job Friday morning!! So I was very excited. Then less than two hours later my boss comes over to me and says "We need to talk" but then we find out that our office has been fictum to a check kiting scheme. So he gets busy for sevral hours, and I sit and worry for several hours about what he might need to talk to me about. I really cant think of anything that I did, but I still think of all these crazy things. Anyway, he finally comes to talk to me at the end of the day. He gave me a promotion, and a dollar an hour raise!!!
SO, now I have this interview this week, which Ihave no idea if I would ge the job. But it's nice to feel like my efferts have been appreciated, and I may have a chance to do something new. This was the little boost that my self esteem, especially concerning work, needed.
Otherwise, I have had a lot of anxiety this week. I am getting the weird tingling in my body again. It will be in my leg one minute, then in my chest the next. I would have this for maybe an hour, and then it would be followed with very strong chill after!!! What's up with the chills???
I hope everyone is having a great night. I am off to clean, clean, clean.
Hugs Julie

It\'s always nice to feel like you have options. I get the wierd tingling thing before panic attacks too. That\'s when my counselor says to do your breathing. It\'s just the adrenline starting to flow. I always get it in my butt first. Don\'t get the chills but I imagine the adreline can cool your body. Hang in there. Just breathe and relax.
I get that tingling too. Funny - I get it really bad when I am excited about something - or nervous. Good thing about the promotion and the raise - I am sure its well deserved. Its good to keep all of your options open too. Dont give up and keep looking.
