smiley-cry.gifAnxiety is at a recent high today.  I have been having heart palp this morning.  My jaw is hurting like crazy, and I am just in general anxious.

I talked to my mom last night.  She was telling me that she got really dizzy on Saturday, and nausous.  So now I am worried that she is showing sighns of heart problems like my dad.  She had some dizziness that she mentioned about two weeks ago as well.  So here I sit at work, worrying every time my phone rings.....I hate feeling like this.  I may end up taking a Xanax for the first time in almost 3 weeks........

Why do I think that everyone is dying or suffering from a life threating disease all the time????/

Drives me crazy!!!

I am so sorry you are feeling anxious today. Maybe you should see if your mom would be willing to go see a dr? Sometimes allergies or something can cause dizziness and nausous. It\'s hard. I worry about my family too. Hang in there. I am sure your mom is ok, but it never hurts to get it checked out. Just try to breathe deep. Why is your jaw hurting? Are you grinding your teeth. I broke a tooth and started playing with it and it made my jaw really sore. I\'ll pray for you today.

I agree with Dansdoll, it\'s most likely something else causing your mother\'s dizziness. Try not to stress about it too much, especially because that doesn\'t do anyone any good! Focus on yourself, and on your breathing and on how good you\'ve been doing with your anxiety. If you end up having to take a xanax, it\'s okay, it doesn\'t make you weak in any way, sometimes we just need that little extra calming effect. Give your own heart a break! :)

Hang in there--the others are right--its probably not her heart. I\'m dizzy & nausous all the time-lol--and they swear my heart is ok. I think it comes from my anxiety, hormones, allergies, fibro. or all of the above.
hopefully with a good nights rest-you\'ll be feeling better tomorrow.
((hugs)))

Take a deep breath! It\'s normal for you to be worried, it\'s just that when you have an anxiety issue, like alot of us including myself do, we just worry what I\'d like to call, \"extra\". Lisn1 could have a point, HORMONES, those will make your body feel weird, and can often give you symptoms of nausea and dizziness. Hang in there, if you need me, just write! xoxoxoxoxoxox!!!!!!!!!!
