Hello everyone. I am glad to say that I have felt much better the last couple of days. I even took my kids to the dentist today. I was afraid if they had some sort of problem, I might freak and panice. Well it turns out one needs braces (I knew that) and the other has a cavity. I did not worry about it. I was rather proud that I didnt have any panic and I even felt fine when my youngest cried when she found out she will be getting fillings. I should have prefaced this by saying that I have a major dentist phobia, I hate them...I go when I should but I worry about going a month ahead of the visit. My husband is out of town for work. this is only the second time he has left since my major panic episode at the end of April. The first time he left after I was diagnosed with GAD, I was a wreck. But things are going well this time. Another thing to be thankful for.I have decided that we are going to find a new church, I think that if my relationship was what it should be with God, I would not be worrying all the time, right????I want to thank my friends who have messaged me, sent me hugs, or offered comments of suggestions. I really appreciate and look forward to hearing from all of you.Think positive and have a great tomorrow!!!Love and hugs, Julie

Julie-
That\'s wonderful you did so well with the kids! I hate the dentist too--actually any type of Dr.--but especially the dentist. Good luck with your husband out of town (although you sound so good, i don\'t think you need it :)
Finding the right church is a big goal of mine as well--I think it helps tremendously to feel good about your relationship with God, and letting go of all the stress.
((hugs))) to you--have a great day--I\'m very proud of you!

I feel as though I have an amazing Church and a great relationship with God, and it is definitely helpful and offers much more hope than when it\'s not there. I truly hope and pray that you find the perfect place for you to find what you are looking for. Good job at the dentist! (I hate going as well!)
Way to go! You are winning the fight. I, too, hate going to any type of Dr. I always think something is deathly wrong with me. That is something that I am trying to learn to deal with! I hope that you continue to have great success!

Hey there Julie. It has lovely to read your words, and the feelings between the words. Great to see that smile on your profile!
