Just got back from my second psychotherapy session.  Felt a connection tonight that I didn't feel the fist time.  I spent 90% of the time talking about my mother in law.  It seems amazing to be how much she stresses me out.  Therapist says that this may be the root  of my anxiety and I probably had anxiety for a lot longer than I realize.   I was just able to keep it at bay.  I think I agree.  She suggested a journal, since I have already started I feel like I am ahead of the game a little.  I looked for something to help me deal with things, and it turns out it was her first reccommendation.  Had a few tears on the way home, because I just dont feel accepted by her.  But I am not going to let it get me down, I have had  a good couple of weeks.  I have mourned over the fact that I will never have a mother in law that loves and respects me and I have to let it go.

I am not going to bore everyone with all of the mother in law journal enteries!! I will keep them just for myself.

I have been making some new connections on this site, and it is amzing to me how many people struggle with the same issues... I even read a journal that talked about the stress in laws can cause!!  It feels so good to know that I am not the only one!!!!

I like reading lists about people so I have decided to start one about me

1. I am the oldest child in my family(typical for anxiety sufferers I have learned)

2. I met my husband when I was in 11th grade

3. We dated throught high school, went to seperate colleges, and married 8 years to the day the we met!!

4. I was on a little league softball team that place third in the state of PA

5. I would love to go to Hawaii or The Bahamas some day

6. Since moving to the mountains 6 years ago, I have become a country music fan!!(Hated it before that)

7. I love to read

8. I would move south in a heart beat if it werent for my mom and dad (dont want to be that far away from them)

9. I love the Pittsburgh Steelers!!!

10. I have been to one Steelers game (a suprise gift from my husband)

11.  My family and I attended The White House Easter Egg Roll this year.  (Not easy to attend)

12.  My girl both have the most beautiful red hair!

13.  Neither my husband or I have red hair???

14. My favorite vacation spot is the beach

15.  My dream job is to teach business courses at a college level
