I knew my husband was wearing thin of things. And late Friday night he blew up !! I knew this would happen. I could just tell that he was getting fed up. So he yelled and swore a litltle. But he did apologize the next morning. I know this is hard on him, but the crazy thing is that I have been the closest to my normal self the last two weeks!! Anyway, I am glad that's out of the way, we talked a little, and hopefully things will get back to normal soon.I got up at 6 am today, did a little house work and a little landry. The sun is shining, and it is getting warner outside! Looks like it will be a great day.We got a new puppy last week. (Not my idea) She is a Wesh Corgi, and is very cute. My daughter wants to train her and show her in youth dog shows. So this is Kaylie's dog, with Olivia being co-owner! She has been very good about looking after her. I really didn t want a puppy at this point in time, but seeing her so happy and acting so responsible, makes things easier.Wednesday is my counseling appointment, not really looking forward to that, but I will go with an open mind. The anxiety has been under control lately. I may have times that I experience the feelings I get when starting to get anxious. But I have been able to keep them under control, havent taken any Xanax this week. I am trying to not use it if at all possible, I have heard how addicting it can be.My journal enteries always end of being so long!!Hope everyone has a great Sunday!!

HI Komom, and i am so happy you are having a good Sunday.Your Journal entey is find.Look at mine,i do a long one when i do my journal.I am so happy to hear your anxiey has been under control.Yes Xanax is very addicting, please be careful with it,getting addicted to Xanax does not take very long.I am telling you this as a friend, because i take xanax myseft, and i know how it can be.It is the only thing i take.No anti-depression medince for me,but that is just what i think about them.I research everything, because i do not like to take medince.I always lookup side affects, and what kind of affect it can have on me down the road.I am the kind of person who likes to be myseft, and i do not want any medince changeing how i am.I go to a doctor who specialize in panic attacks, and i thank God everyday i found a very good doctor.Tell you daughter good luck with her new puppy. The WECH CORGI,are very pretty dogs.I have 2 AKC Shelties(min.collies).Both could be show dogs ,butr i just never took the time with them, they are just my pets.I also have 2 cats, but they stay outside most of the time.I live out in the country,so they have plenty of space to run.Sorry this has become so long.Have a great day my freind.Love you,SHEA............................
Glad to hear that you and your husband are back on track. I hate fighting with mine, but sometimes that\'s just the way it is. Why do you think your anxiety level went down? Let me know how your appt. goes on Weds. As for your puppy, she/he sounds so cute. I am a major dog lover!
I hope that your appointment goes well this week! I just made an appointment to meet a therapist for the first time as well. I\'m proud of us for seeking help though! Also, I\'m very impressed with you not using Xanax all week, that\'s awesome and you should feel very proud of yourself for being so strong!
Love Corgis!!! I used to show Great Danes! She\'ll have fun! My husband has his blow ups due to me and luckily, they are not a lot. I always wonder how he puts up with me...
It is really difficult for the ones who love us to see us in pain. I guess we need to allow our loved ones to have their feelings, and to know that their anger and frustration at the situation comes from their deep love of us.
I was really touched by the comment on your home page that your children don\'t deserve a mother who can\'t cope with life. Well... what they do deserve, as all children deserve, is a mother who loves them unconditionally, as they love her - and there is only one person in the world who can be that person for them, and that is you. So do they deserve a \'better\' mother? No - how can they. What can be better than unconditional love. I sense they are very fortunate to have you as a mother.
Be kind to yourself!
