Well life as we know it has returned. My sister in law and her family left today. I usually enjoy their visits but not this time. I do feel bad that I was not in the best of moods while they were here. I just need to forget about it, they are family they will have to understand.I have been having weird feelings in my body all day. I had a burning feeling in my chest earlier today. I got nervous and ended up taking a Xanax. I am now trying Prozac, it makes me dizzy and I swear crabby!!!Things at work this week have been so busy. I got my part done yesterday, it is a big relief to have things cleaned up for another month. It's weird, today has been the calmest least stressful day I have had for 2 weeks, but I real very anxious tonight. As far as the panic goes I did very well over the last week and a half. Especially considering everything that went on. Now when I should relax, I feel nervous? About what???I dont even want to tell Brian about it. He seem to have had enough of me right now. I just hope my marriage can survive all of this. It scares me sometimes. I was never perfect by any means, but I just dont think my issues are something that my husband wants to deal with on a daily basis.Well, I must go do some household stuff. Have a great night.

at first our husbands dont understand our problems and trust me my husband hates me at times lol but he still puts up with me and he will do my grocery shopping and everything hes a good man and i am sure your husband is 2 it will take time and he will get used 2 it and hopefully understand it a bit more .. most of the time when we have a good stressfree day we have them that night because we didnt have anything 2 get excited over all day and our energy and our anxiety comes at once when we are bored not busy at least thats how it does me hope your night gets better tty soon
My husband didn\'t \"get it\" for the longest time. He used to say things to me like, \"You have nothing to worry about, so why are you worrying?\" and \"Can\'t you just change the way you are thinking?\" It used to drive me crazy and make me so furious! After many years of long talks and cries, he is actually starting to get it. I know that he gets frustrated with me....hell, I get frustrated with me, but he is more supportive than ever. It took a long time for him to get to this point. I think he just wanted to \'fix\' whatever was wrong with me. Give your husband some time to process what you are going through. Make sure to keep telling him exactly how you are feeling and what you are experiencing. I hope this helps..
Hi there. The weather is really hot if you ask me. I\'m sorry that you\'ve been anxious today. But I know exactly how you feel. You are fine, but just not quite right. Hopefully things will go smoother for you. Not sure what to say about the hubby thing, I don\'t have one anymore, so can\'t comment on that. Hope you can relax and have a great day tomorrow.
