Today was one of those days. It actually started out ok. I was fine until about 4:00pm. Then all of a sudden I got so hot and dizzy. I got up to go the the restroom, and byt the time I got there, I felt like I couldnt breath. I JUST HATE THAT!!!
Well, I went back to my desk and took a Xanax but by that time I was too far gone....
Had to ask my boss if I could leave about 15 minutes early..You would think I could have hung in there 15 minutes, but it may as well been 15 hours. I HAD TO GET OUT OF THERE!!!!!!
I am due to start my period this week. The last time I had a really bad week, it was the week that I got my period. I am begining to wonder if this has something to do with hormones. This attack came out of no where and I had no time to take a Xanax before it goty out of control. I am going to post a question on the discussion board concerning panic/anxiety and your menstrual cycle. I am 36 but maybe I am already begining menopause????

Thank God I had kids in my late twenties. If I had waited I may have not been able to get pregnant.

I feel okay now, still a little tense, but ok. I will go for a walk in a little while and I am sure that will help.
My laundry sitation is crazy here, but I cant seem to stay focused long enough to get a load or two done. That is getting on my nerves.

We are having a birthday party on Sunday for my youngest daughter (she will be 8 she just came up here to give me a hug-she is such a sweet thing!!) I am nervous about getting the party together. It will just be my immediate family and my husbands. But that will still be nearly 30 people. I serously thoght about not having a party for her. But she is so excited about her birthday. And before we know it she wont want to spend her birthday with Mommy, Daddy, Grandparent, Cousins, Aunts an Uncles. I have to remind myself that we only have this time for a short period. So I just hope I can pull this off without having a panic attack. The last time my whole family came to my house was Good Friday, and I had heart palpitations while they were here. I had to go outside and sit in the cold to calm myself down. I always get a little anxious before people come over. I worry about how clean the house is, if I wil have enought food, if everyone will get along. (everyone gets along fine but I still worry!!!)

Things at work have been tense too. There are two girls who are younger than everyone else and they have such a chip on their shoulders, you cant say anything to them. If you just let them know how we do things, that is bossing them around.
Thank God I am kind of my own little island, I do my own thing, they really have nothing to do with me. But it is always something and they want me to tell them that they are right. I just want to stay out of this stuff, I left high school a long time ago@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 But this seems to add to my daily anxiety, I just hate being around people like this...troublemakers.......people who will bring anyone down in their way. I think my boss realizes what they are like but one in particular is attractive and she is so obviously using her looks to get ahead. So immature and pathetic!!!!
This turned out to be really long, I guess I just needed to vent a little.....

I just had a birthday party for my son this past Sunday. I completely understand your anxious feelings. I took a valium prior to the start of the party and did OK getting through it. My wonderful husband and parents were there to help me out. When I did get a little anxious I just stepped outside to catch a breath. With 50 people in the house, no one even knew I was gone. So relax (...yeah right) and just step outside or into a different room if you need to!
