12/19/11 TTC Update
Well since the last journal entry, I've returned to using NPC (1/2 tsp 2x's daily) and Vitex (400mg 3x's daily) :) (What I used last time to get preggers!) Today is 11th day on NPC and it's also CD35 and I've started spotting. I'm excited about this and I will tell you why... I am going to copy a Q&A from Hethir Rodriguez, whom is a fertility specialist who follows Dr. Lee's advice.
Q- Is it normal to have some bleeding the first month of you use progesterone cream?
A- It can be normal to have some signs of hormonal balancing occurring, spotting being one of them. Sometime symptoms of estrogen dominance also show up (like spotting) since the receptor sites are "waking up". This is thought to be a sign that it is working and the progesterone is needed.
