almostfridayalmostfridayalmostfridayalmostfridayalmostfridayalmostfridayalmostfridayalmostfriday Okay, so Wednesday morning we had the A-CAT-emy Awards.  Dr Seuss' birthday was March 2nd, so we chose to celebrate with nominating and voting on kid's favorite authors, books and series by grade level.  The winners were announced a couple weeks later at the school-wide assembly, teachers read passages from the winning books, and the librarian did a short and cute slide show on Dr. Seuss.  OF COURSE we all dressed super-glam.  The art teacher wore her old prom dress.  I put on my gigging tuxedo.   It became PAINFULLY obvious to me that I hadn't worn it in a long time, but not for the reason you'd expect.  It had to do with an object in the inside jacket pocket. It was a comb. (In case you need a prompt regarding why this is hysterically funny, see my avatar.)  Sigh.   ::singing:: Me-e-e-e-emories, light the c-o-o-o-o-rners of my m-i-i-i-i-i-i-ind...

Yes a comma, something--anything! Whew! Even Dr. Seuss used \'em.
And yes, hehehehe, the comb is VERY funny. \"You would not need it in your home, you would not need it when you roam!\"
