For the contest last July my LBM was 130, total weight 138, BF 5.75%.  Since then I've gained 37 pounds (last January) and dropped 10.  Met with my trainer today - his rough estimate is that 6 pounds of that is muscle gain. So that means my current stats are total weight 165, LBM of 136 or so, BF % in the range of 18% - 23%.  He would like to see me achieve a LBM of 145 (add 9 pounds of muscle). That's 5 pounds more than my current goal of adding 15 pounds of muscle.  I can live with that.  I liked the way I looked last summer when I was in the 8 - 10% BF range, so that's the current target.   End of September, if I do it right, the muscle goal probably takes longer. On the massage therapy - the program I want to enroll in begins in October, but I need to figure out how to finance it.  I need to spend the remaining time before school starts organizing my home office, strategizing and doing some research to see what kind of financial aid I qualify for. Ditto for MA+60, but I think I need to change that one to strategizing my recertification and retirement needs.  Project for the remainder of this summer.  15 mile bike ride today at 15 mph avg speed.  Shorter ride than last week, but overall faster.
