ahhh...... the gym. i miss the gym. i\'ll finally get to get back to the gym over break. and i agree. today was a frying day.

OMG, got my butt kicked by my friend who\'s a personal trainer Friday afternoon. when I get the workout down pat, I\'ll share it. one month and fourteen days til Miami half marathon...
