overate and didn't exercise yesterday and the day before, so I didn't bother to post.
Today was a lazy day.  Went to the gym in the afternoon and got a little homework done.  Counted calories and went over a little.
I'm feeling thinner again - lost the monthly water weight I think.  I might weigh myself in the morning, though I'm not scheduled to til next Sunday.

Beth, you\'re doing wonderful and a slipup once in awhile is to be expected.
We\'re all human so don\'t be so hard on yourself and keep up the good work.
