Good trip to the gym this evening.  Met with the trainer and he showed me how to use a few more of the strength training machines.  Then I hopped on the elliptical for 45 minutes while watching a murder mystery show.
Psych is back!  I watched the last episode of last season again, then watched the show that aired last night.  Psych is my fav.
I have to get up early tomorrow.  *groan* And my Latin homework isn't quite done so I should do it in the morning.  Too tired now.
