Last night I lay down at 9:30, but had some dissociation and anxiety going on, so couldn't fall asleep.  I finally did around 10:30 after taking ambien.
Up at 7 again.  I've been doing good with the getting up early part.  It's the napping in the middle of the day that's the problem.  I get tired out so quickly.  Today I slept 2:00-5:30!  Now it's a little after ten, but I was out at a group tonight.  I'll be in bed shortly.  I'm so tired I should fall asleep directly.
