ouch

Just weighed in - all-time high. Ouch. I did yoga today and sunday and my hamstrings are killing me. The dermatomyositis doesn't like me stretching my legs. But after awhile they'll get used to it. I got out of practice while in the PHP day program.
 
Bad panic attacks and cutting urges (but no action!!!!) every day since I discharged Wednesday. When I get a new car maybe I'll try to get back into the day program.
 
Car search is under way. Hopefully I'll bring one to the mechanic tomorrow and hopefully one will be decent.
 
Appeal process for disability is also underway. No matter how sick and tired I am I will keep at it and get what needs to be done, done. I'm stubborn and perseverant.
