IOP

Okay, I really did go today - as opposed to copping out like on Friday.  :p
 
I was terrified of inpatient, and after the assessment the lady said I wouldn't qualify for inpatient anyway.  (yay!)
 
I'm going to do IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) which is 9-12, 5 days a week.  I was told people generally come for 3-4 weeks.  This is a Christian program.  I'm apprehensive and not sure how this will help, but am going to give it a few days.  If it doesn't work, I'll check out the trauma recovery program at an other hospital which I have heard is really good.
