Good morning journal it's been a while....  this is the first day in a week we are going to try to live a semi-normal schedule...  my husband left for NewHamshire for three days on business...  i was worried about him traveling so soon after all this but i think it's good for him it seems like it is helping having his work to jump back into...  this has been very rough on my kids even though they are adults...  they are each handling the loss in different ways...  one quiet... one emotional... and the other one very chatty...  it's wierd how we all have our own ways of dealing with things...  i have been trying to keep it together for my family and aside from an arm that apparently had it's own mind this last week meds or no meds i think i managed to pull it off...  last night i was alone so was able to get in  a lot of thinking and emotional release...    So today I will try to get back into a regular routine..  will begin light back with the exercise and go to a swimercize class then some light house work because i am itching to get outside and start digging in the dirt...  The weather here in Chgo has been so beautiful but more summerlike than springlike and we've all been wearing shorts already...  things are sprouting up in the garden ... good things and those other things... the nuisance... the weeds... lol...   so i am going on weed patrol today!!!!   not going to push it but just enjoy the weather!!!

I'd like to thank everyone for your messages and hugs and thoughts and kind words of support...   it means a lot to me to have each and every one of you in my life...  i'm blessed to have found this site and all of you....
off to begin my day...  it's good to be back...

So good to hear you\'re getting back to a semi-normal schedule. Like you, I think it\'s very good for your husband to get back to work and have a normal routine. The same goes for you and the rest of your family. Do enjoy your day, your exercises and for sure, the beautiful weather. Thoughts and prayers continue for you and your family. Hugs, Dan
