feeling better tonight...  my ortho doc squeezed me in today and i got a gel shot in the knee so hopefully it will feel little better tomorrow and hopefully i'll be able to sleep through the night tonight...  i also called psychiatrist and will be on an anti depressant soon..  i'm apprehensive about that for some reason but know it's the right thing to do at this point.  bottom line is i'm still hurting tonight but i feel better because i was proactive today to try to make things right...   the pity party is over for now...  good night
