Good morning journal...
It's a new day... I'm feeling good and ready to take on this new endeavor today... I am cooking at a small local bar...  so far i'm pretty prepared made the chili and the ital beef got the menus ready... I am doing it during the football game with the help of my son in law...  my family has encouraged this and they will all be there so i know the support is all there...   we'll see how this works... if it doesn't i can just stop doing it, but i'm not gonna think that way .. it will work and it will be fun!!!
