it's a new day...  legs feel much better and i'm done with my pity party... i did decide though that it's not so bad to let that happen now and then,  i have been holding everything in so my family doesn't see... really it's not fair to them or me...  i know i won't make a habit of it but to just let myself really feel bad or sad and cry it out sort of clenses me i think...   today is another story and the sun is shining :)

PSullivan,
Don\'t let this incident get you down. Have you tried taking your meds at closer intervals. I have myself start to notice when I get up out of real soft sofas, I shuffle a litte, so I put on some LMFAO\'s Party Rock Anthem and dance. This is the music on the Kia\'s Soul commercial. Get your kids to teach you, it\'s fun and good excercise. Get your husband join in with you. Just laugh at yourself and make light of your situation. There are others who are worse off. Don\'t let Mr. Parkie take away your joy.
Bonne Chance, Komon ou ye! C\'est en Krayol..translate Good Luck! How are you? That\'s in Creole. Bon Weekend! (good weekend)
