I believe I am an overall positive person...  but i also think little funks now and then are natural and needed... i think if you don't have them now and then you are repressing feelings and setting yourself up for depression...  so I am embracing the funk I am in today and know it will pass soon and tomorrow or even today i will start to emerge out of it...  there... just saying all that makes me feel better!!!  It's all about balance...       my second support group meeting is tomorrow...  my husband is going with me again and this time my youngest daughter (she's 21) wants to go... It's a pretty big group there were 25 of us last time (PWP and peeps that came with them...   This month will be a little different and i'm a little nervous about it.. last time there was a guest speaker which was nice cause i don't like to talk in front of people i don't really know...  but this week we got an email saying that the first 45 mins will be all of us together then the next 45 mins we will split  up people with PD in one room and caregivers and/or loved ones in another room...  She said she wants us to think about this question and have an answer ready to share before the meeting...(question is... For me the most difficult part of having Parkinsons/or my loved one having parkinson's is...)   I'm really anxious about all this... my guess is we will answer it when we are all together then talk about it more when we are in separate groups...  I'm not sure what i'm nervous about ... talking in front of everyone.. or maybe the fact caity (my daughter) will be there and she's a really emotional person... or the fact that if i'm honest I'll cry...  I guess a mix of all of them and more...
