good day

was a long, productive good day today...   I did a lot of physical things... moved furniture... painted 3 walls...  i love to paint it's theraputic for me...  put on some of my fav music and let the new color take over the old dull one...they are beautiful!!!   one more wall to go.. but i started to feel like i should stop so i did...  had the shakes for a while afterwards i guess physical is another trigger for me...  that's ok i know now so i'll adjust...   it felt good to get all that done and now when i wake up the soft pretty beachy color will be a pleasure to look at!!!
called the new neurologist today, my appointment isn't till may but they said they will put me on a cancel list... i am crossing my fingers and toes that i can get in sooner...
also did a little planning for my daughter's baby shower... the baby is due end of May!!!!  I can't wait to meet my new grandson!!
