Day 7
Well it's day 7 of my recovery and have abstained!! Got paid today and as per my recovery plan including a mobile alert/alarm to remind me i transferred the bulk of my pay to my bills so I don't
gamble it away!
Felling good but also angry ESP when you transfer the bulk your pay goes to a credcard which you used to gamble. It really does put perspective on the value of money and the hard work required to actuallly earn it. Us gamblers don't consider this when your wrapped up in gambling.
Anyway, just a record of how I'm going thus far.
