Day 14
Just a general update to keep jounal entries on progress. Well, it's 14 days gamble free today and going pretty well. It's still early days but I'm definately starting on a good note.
I've changed a number of things in my life and actually now starting to feel normal and enjoying and experiencing life the way it should. If I feel like this at 14 days I assume it only gets better over time! Don't get me wrong Ive had some doubts and down points but just have to be strong - as the say day a time!
