Today is my 1st day off meds completely. I am a little cranky, but I think it's just because it's been months since I 've had a break and I'm stressed. What I'm really worried about is tonight. I can't sleep w/o my seroquel. So I know I'll be tossing and turning all night and feel like crap tomorrow. Not to mention I'll probly be a total b!tch.
