I have a few angry bouts today, but other than that I am feeling good. I am having a hard time getting on a diet and sticking to it. I am having an even harder time motivating myself to get more excercise. I know it's not good for me to eat sugar because the type 2, but it's so hard for me. It seems harder to resist now that I know I can't have it. Lord help me, I sure need it.

Things always seem more appealing when someone says you can\'t have it. You will get use to the diet. You will also learn what foods make your blood sugar go up a lot and which ones won\'t.
Its important to take one day at a time. Have you seen a dietitian? Or gone for diabetes education? These are helpful approaches you can take. I know that the change in your food will also help your moods. Junk food junkies are nutritionally straving, oh we eat but not the nutrition we need and it doesn\'t work at the cell level to heal our bodies. I know I have been there done that and its still a challenge today! Know that you are not alone. I live in PA too!
