They took my friends kids. She called a lawyer for advice and he said to tell them she wouldn't have any more testing or questioning done until she got a lawyer and they came and got the kids. They said they took them because she wasn't cooperating with them in thier investigation. She has to go to court on the 5th of march to try to get them back.

She needs 2 get a lawyer wu is actually lookn out 4 her & the kids\' best interest. If the courts know that she was ill adviced by a lawyer, they may reverse that decision w/ her cooperation.
Not good, not good. Very distressing I\'m sure for you and your friend. I agree with JillJ that at times like these - it pays to get some good advice and keep your nose clean. I wish your friend strength and wisdom. I guess the only lame thing I can say is that in most cases, the \"system\" is very reluctant to take kids away from their bio-mothers. I hope this works out for her (and for her children). Hang in there.
