Things are better now. I went to help my mother in law at her job for a few hours. Just getting away for a while made me feel better and we're not fighting now. She also bought us Mcdonalds. I know it's not part of my diet, but we rarely ever eat fast food. I'm sure a little will not hurt.

I just found this website today, as I was looking for a support group for parents of children with ADHD and ODD. I think I hit some wrong buttons, and I came across your journal. Everything happens for a reason!

I grew up in Steubenville. I am 20 years older than you, and moved away from there a long time ago, but I was just there visiting my parents over the holidays (who now live in Toronto). What a small world!

I went through severe depression for many many years. Paxil never helped me either. I did do a lot of therapy, and tried several medications. I had a lot of emotional damage that I had to sort through. Wellbutrin worked well for me.

I have four children, and know how crazy life can be. For me... I had to learn to take care of myself first. I had to realize the importance of my own physical, mental, and emotional health. Then I was able to deal with the day to day \"stressors\" of life.

Tricia :)
