I am so frustrated right now! I was trying to install software for my digital camera and it keeps saying there is no cd in the drive when I put it in. So I figured I would just call the company and we would get it working. Well, for one, the people don't know english that well and I have a hard time understanding them and vice versa. Then they keep putting me on hold forever. Then they even disconnected me once! I am trying my best not to start cussing at them!

AAARGH!!! I can feel your frustration. Laugh!!! Seriously it helps. I find days like this almost comical. Try cleaning the disc so your computer can read it. Good Luck to you!!
Yea, I hate when that happens! W/ my camera it said the same thing. I don\'t really know what I did exactly to get it working, but it eventually started working. If you can\'t get it to work, I can ask my \"brother in law\" if he knows what to do, and maybe you can try it out.
ooo i just remembered, when I hook up the camera to the computer, a box pops up and says copy pictures to computer, open in media center, and a few other things, and I just copy the pics to the computer. I\'m not sure if yours does that or not. But, I tried!
