Warning!:  Numbers and Possible Triggery Stuff In Here...

YES!!! "Break on through to the other Side".....cool...228.5 on the ricter scale...hee hee....finally broke through the 230 mark....geez...now what I got out of this breakthrough is that all that depression that I was feeling before is simply par for the course in weight loss....the no pain no gain is refering to the emotional pain that one feels when one is giving back ones body to the universe in bits and peices I think...Yes, it is emotional, and mental as much if not more than it is a physical pain....afterall usually it is an emotional shift that causes the strong desire in the first place to surrender, right?  So it would make sense that the theme would carry itself through to the end.  Interesting to note that what tends to cause us so much pain, in the end, is somewhat responsible for our greatest successes.  Happy Hallows Eve......woooooooooooo  ;) ........ i think i'll go as a skeleton aaahaaaa!!.....we can laugh about it now right??.....jst kidding jst kidding!! geez.......I love all my DS friends!!
