As I scavanged for something sweet, disappointed yet relieved to find at least I had 3 little tubs of caramel dip (low fat ones, which means it has half the taste and twice the sugar but oh well)...I was reaching out to get one of them when he appeared...hidden next to some old salad dressing bottles put there after one of my many binges that I couldn't finish, but didn't want to go bad, or throw it out, how could I?....he was there rearing his ugly sweet head calling me...he waited until now too, when I'm getting weaker and feeling the end of my sugar days coming to a close...."one more time Harry, you know you want me....one more time...?" No, no more, I'm done, finished, it comes down to moments, moments, just a moment in time, a choice, a decision, I choose to throw it out...and eat the crappy caramel tubs with apple...in this moment...hold on I'm going to do it now while I have the courage with your support (going to the devil in my fridge)...silly lists....hey here's one: 1. Things people don't know about me...I dipped the cherry pie in the toilet first before throwing it out...try dumpster diving now...I don't think so...
......oh yes I've pulled food out of the trash after I resolved not to eat it...not this time...
Without your love and support none of this would be possible, this is not a little thing, this is huge....those MOMENTS of giving in to the food have caused me to be who I am...I'm choosing another path, this moment, this minute, this second....and I'm glad....now where's that other tub of caramel!!!

I have carb problems, too, so know just what you mean. The devil also hides in dresser drawers, too!! I love the idea of toilet dipping. I\'ll hve to keep that one in mind., I\'ve saved \"good\" food from going to waste out of the trash, too!! BRAVO!!!!

ROTFL!!! I saw a show once where this guy was trying not to eat this brownie that he had bought in a weak moment...he threw it in the garbage, thought about it then went and got the comet cleanser and sprinkled the brownie with it...hahaha...he did eventually dig it out and broke off the parts with the comet stuck to it!!!

That is so so so funny!!!The devil is in my fridge too,in the freezer!Chocolate ice cream!I am lactose intolerant so it will be in the toilet very quickly after I eat it,I wonder if that is a good way to have my ice cream toilet dipped and eat it too!Ha!,ha!
