just woke up...around 1 pm ...read stuff in DS...I need to get my hours straight this is crazy...must be the meds and maybe the crappy coffee which i can't seem to get right...too much caffeine...need to take morning meds...maybe I'll just not take the risperdal at all today....I'm down to a low enough level to stop and I dont think it's doing much...although last time...yea yea...well this time will be different im on lexipro now...yea but maybe not a high enough dose...whatever...

at least I went for a walk last night....forty minutes...thanks to all at DS for their love and support...that's why I could do it you know?? :)) maybe in a day or two I'll go again, and then again and then :) cool huh??

 I wish I could find someone on DS that lives in AZ.  then maybe I could find a walking partner?   That would be fun.  

...so much to do....pressure...business life stuff...papers...shuffling writing calling playing the wrk game....we all have to do it on some level...

Breakfast !!that's right I bought eggs last night...shopping late of course...eggs with sausages and bacon...what a mess...should i even start? all the cleanup...yea but it will taste good...true..and make you feel fulled up...yea then tired!!I like that smiley I just had to use it even if it is not in the right place I like that one too....ok enough of this...time to get busy

 ok so I hope everyone has a great lazy Sunday and just takes it easy and writes me and stuff...just kidding....well not really i love to get emails it makes my day!! silly one that is....alright now I've got to spruce this up a bit...there that's a little better...I wish i could enlarge the letters a little......gotta eat!!
