feeling better

Have felt a little better the last couple of days, had a real hard week-end but yesterday I took my grandson, Gage, fishing and we had a real good time he really seems to enjoy it and he will talk you head off, he just turned eight.  I hate those times when I feel so empty and wondering if going on is possible.  But I know that I have a daughter and five wonderful grand children and a wife that I have to go on and I will.

It\'s good to hear you\'re feeling better. Grandchildren are such a joy. We have an 8 year old grandson, too. He is so much fun to be with. I love to talk to him, his \"take\" on things is so refreshing ..... I do know the feeling of, \"how could this all have happened?\" But it has, and we have to keep on \"keeping on\".
Praying you peace and more moments of happiness....... Kathie

I am so glad you had a fishing day with your grandson. I have an eight year old granddaughter who lives with us (and our middle daughter) and she is the light of our lives along with our two grandsons. We will always have those days when we are empty and depressed about our loss but at least we have those good days that we know are possible. Love and Lots of better days.....dale, brandon\'s mom

Sounds like you had a great day with your grandson and it is these occasions which remind us that we are still needed, and should go on to enjoy our family who are left behind, especially our grandchildren. They grow up so fast. Glad to hear you had a great day! Truly, your friend, Barb
