Day 6 and still bleeding...I find once my DH leaves the house I grieve more. I have to stay strong for my parents and Dan that when these quiet moments hit, I just break done finally and cry. June is a cursed month for us. My brother past away June l7th ast year, his wife miscarriaged and her due date was June 6and now my baby is gone and his due date was June 17 next year. My parents are taking the news really hard. My mother is just now coping with my brothers death and now she is back to where she was last year. Plus she just had a masectomy (sp) in October and coping with breast cancer. I know that I might seem insensitive when she talks about why this has happened to us...that we need a year of happiness for once, but I can not take it. I am trying to cope with the loss of my child but I really just want to curl up in a ball. It is easier for me to act calm and seem like it is not affecting me then she will be a bit calmer.I guess in two more days when I return back to work I will not be writing as much. I have no idea what people know at work, plus I have to deal with students who seem to be as happy for me being pregnant and have figured out why I am not there. How do I face people who will look sympathetic and know...what do I do...what do I say..how do I act?I feel numb most of the time...one of my closest friends called last night. I know that she did not know what to say, but really I could not take anymore about hearing about her back problems. All I wanted to do is say "thanks for the call, I hope that the doctor figures it out" and then hang up. Luckily her phone kept cutting out. It is amasing how much better I feel journaling this all down. Maybe today is going to be a better day and that I can finally heal a bit.

Im glad you feel better with journaling. It has really helped me as well. I returned to work on a part time basis this week. I am a school counselor and everyone has been so supportive. I haven\'t talked to any students yet but I know from what the teachers have stated, they are very sad for my loss. However, I try to remember that they are kids and there are going to be difficult moments that come in dealing with them. A student that doesn\'t know about the loss, a student who is curious and says or asks the wrong thing. I have just tried to prepare myself and remind myself that these things are going to happen. I hope returning to works helps. If you need anything, I am here.
