today is better, i got to work without incident. he called to wish me a good day. that was nice. i am off my meds that last two days. i went to get them last night, but they were out and one of my meds was expired. needless to day, i was furious. then the store was packed with people (it was the 1st of the month) i didn't realize it cause i always go at night when there is nobody around. i hate crowds and crying kids. i get really nervous. anyway, hopefully today i can get it together
