What I have learned from the last few days is ONE don't ever think that we can get away with anything. It almost always gets you in the end. TWO pay all my debt. THREE being honest is not always the best policy. FOURTH always have a back-up plan. FIFTH don't beat myself up...it's just weather...in my case a Tsunami.
