I believe being away from him and not having to hear the bull has cleared my mind. I still get scared with sudden noises and sudden moved, but i can handle that. I spent hours at Barnes & Noble reading a preparing myself for the next stage of my life. I am looking forward to changes and improvements in my life. I am starting by keep the promise to myself that I will not return to destructive relationships or friendships. I was told by a niece this weekend that her mom was going to wait and see how long it would take me to embarass her...that hurt. But I can see me embarassing her. Anyway DISENGAGE....

I hope you that what I\'m going to say is not too forward, but you\'ve taken very difficult steps to get where you are, it\'s hasn\'t just been in the past 30 days... more like several years, so I would say that you should not agree with another\'s sense of embarassment when what you\'ve done has been for your Spiritual, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing and that of your family. If anyone should be embarassed and be reflecting upon his actions is the one who has committed the transgression, you forgive, let go, and move on. The Lord\'s Strength be with you, bless you and your family!
