disengage..that is my word for the week. that is what i need to do at this stage of leaving him. although i have physically left him, i am still "engaged" in the relationship.
Oh how that is such a great word... trying to use it myself... and that is so hard. Not being around him helps of course as I can\'t really do anything else but try to move on. Keep talking to yourself (sounds funny I know), and telling yourself positive things like this... it has to help in the end... just has to!

It will take time for the emotional stuff to go away. You are doing great. Keep doing the deal.
