Oka, i have had my ex on my mind this morning. I have to maintain my self control and self esteem. Tomorrow will be 30 days since i left him. We have not spoken or seen each other since the day i walked out. I will be determined to stay away. I don't even drive in his side of town, no need to. I will read back on my journal to remind me of why i left him in the first place.
